Massachusetts has embraced healthcare reform and is moving full-steam ahead. Several new state agencies including the Health Policy Commission and the Center for Health Information and Analysis are rolling out new initiatives and mandates for providers to hold the line on costs while keeping quality high. The evolving system will hinge on creative solutions and managing populations most effectively. This year we’ll look at the new payment models and how providers are partnering with payers to drive reform and find efficient care delivery solutions.
