Mark Keroack, MD, MPH, President & CEO, Baystate Health - Presentation
Christopher O’Connor, FACHE, EVP & COO, Yale New Haven Health System - Presentation

In the transition from volume to value-based care, health systems are facing unprecedented challenges, including more empowered patients, new organizational and delivery models, and new forms of competition. New and previously unheard of alliances and partnerships are becoming the norm as everyone adjusts to the new competitive landscape. What’s right for one geographic population may not be right for another, but some lessons can be shared across systems. Experts from some of New England’s leading academic and community health systems and physician groups will share their perspectives and strategies for what they see as the right prescription in their organizations as U.S. healthcare continues its transition through health reform.
