ACHE of Massachusetts Spring Conference 2016

Making Healthcare Work

Friday, June 24, 2016
7:00 AM – 12:05 PM
Framingham Sheraton, 1657 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA
(Continental breakfast and lunch included.)

Healthcare has seen dramatic change over the last decade, and the pace of change is accelerating. Between the growing costs of healthcare, advancement of technology, evolving reimbursement models, policy changes, greater demand for quality outcomes measurement, and increased pressure for transparency, how healthcare is delivered today and will be delivered tomorrow will be vastly different. Our "Making Healthcare Work" conference takes a look at today’s challenges and opportunities and provides a critical reflection on how we’ve adjusted so far. Through the lenses of our esteemed speakers, you’ll learn about what’s in store next for regulatory oversight, payment reform, and delivering greater value in healthcare. This forum will, ultimately provide a framework, to answer the question, "How can we make healthcare really work?"

Topics include:

  • Key accomplishments resulting in cost containment and quality improvement
  • Next steps around payment reform
  • Strategies for creating greater value in healthcare
