DESCRIPTION:  \nThe Massachusetts Health and Hospital Association has a dynamic program planned for its Annual Women’s Leadership in Healthcare Conference on Thursday\, December 7! \nACHE of MA is pleased to once again sponsor the program’s leadership panel! The accomplished female healthcare executives to be featured will take a deep reflective dive into issues facing women in leadership positions across the healthcare industry\, culling their personal insights on strategies to handle the complex breadth of challenges and opportunities involved in strategic planning\, influencing with and without authority\, managing and sustaining change\, negotiation and conflict resolution\, organizational politics\, and performance improvement strategies\, among other areas encountered at every stage of management. \nAs an independent chartered chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives\, the ACHE of Massachusetts\, is authorized to award a total of 1.0 hours of ACHE Qualifying Education credits toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
