The hospitals long-term growth includes balancing the conflicting needs of limited physical space with expanding clinical service needs and technology. A comprehensive IMP\, along with a clear strategic roadmap continues to maintain St. Elizabeth’s status of providing world-class services in a competitive health care market. This breakfast will detail: \n\nCurrent challenges facing St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center\nOpportunities for growth; services\, people\, facilities\nCurrent and future plans to support growth\n\nCraig Williams\, FACHE\, President\nSt. Elizabeth’s Medical Center\nCraig Williams is an experienced health care leader with an impressive record of success over his 25-year career at hospitals and health systems. He comes to St. Elizabeth’s from Partners HealthCare International\, where he served as Executive Director for Global Programs and developed operational improvement strategies for hospitals around the world.
