After nearly twenty years in healthcare executive recruitment, I have always been aware of the power of ACHE and its networking connections. As Chief Operating Officer at ZurickDavis, a Massachusetts based healthcare executive search firm, I have met thousands of senior leaders over the years, several of whom have been involved with their local and national chapters of ACHE. It was only until the latter part of my career that I realized I could be considered a member myself for the work that I do vs just the clients and candidates I work with.

As the daughter of a nurse, I am dedicated to advancing healthcare leadership, serving as Chair of Membership and Board Member at ACHE, as well as on the Board of Directors at the Italian Home for Children. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of building relationships through groups like ACHE and how important getting involved can be. The work I do connects me to so many influential and successful healthcare leaders, and I truly love the opportunity to help place the right people with the right organization. I have been able to leverage so many of my relationships through my work at ACHE.

In 2020, I received my MBA with a healthcare focus from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut.  As 2025 is moving forward, I would like to pursue my Fellowship and work to attend ACHE Congress in the future. I am truly grateful for the network and foundation that my connections with ACHE of MA has brought me.
