Early Careerist Network (ECN)
The Early Careerist Network (ECN) is a special membership interest area of the American College of Healthcare Executives, an international professional society of more than 40,000 healthcare executives.
ACHE of Massachusetts Early Careerist Network (ACHE of MA ECN) serves as the local affiliate to this dynamic network. With over 260 members, ACHE of MA ECN provides young Massachusetts healthcare executives the opportunity for professional development through relevant information sessions, networking events, community service activities, and a formal mentorship program.

Membership
ACHE members 40 years of age and under are automatically part of the Early Careerist Network. No application is required. Communications and events are open to all ACHE members or anyone transitioning into the healthcare sector. In the full spirit of membership advancement, all ACHE of Massachusetts members are encouraged to participate in ECN events.
