The goal of the ACHE of Massachusetts Diversity and Inclusion Committee is to foster an inclusive environment that recognizes the contributions and supports the advancement of all, regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, religion, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability. We recognize that an inclusive environment accurately represents the populations we serve, enhances the quality of healthcare, improves hospital/community relations, and positively affects the health status of the community.
The purpose of this assessment is to provide a baseline understanding of the current diversity and inclusion climate at your workplace and within the Massachusetts ACHE chapter. Your valuable feedback will identify strengths and improvement needs which will drive our areas of focus going forward.
